Outlook - Setting a shared mailbox to not be cached
Are your shared mailbox emails not synchronising?
This procedure will guide you through setting up your email to be directly synchronised from the server every time.
Click File
Click Account Settings > Account Settings
Click your mailbox and click Change
Click More Settings
Uncheck the checkbox next to Download Shared Folders
Press Ok and click Next, then click Done
Afterwards, restart your Outlook. All your emails should start synchronising again.
